Buyback & burn
Every trade burns SPLIT.
30% of every trading fee on satsplit, and 15% of every graduated pool's fees, buys SPLIT on the market and burns it. The keeper can only spend that balance on SPLIT, with a minimum out so the buy cannot be sandwiched, and every coin bought is destroyed in the same transaction.
